Winter Program Scholarships

​​Scholarships will be given at 50%/75% upon applicants' confirmation in their respective courses. Funds will be transferred 1-2/month, as per CoC's banking limitations. Recipients will be notified/awarded on a rolling basis, considering how funds must be dispersed.
